Welcome to My Peptides Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using the website www.mypeptideslab.com (the "Website"), you (the "User") agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website, you confirm that you:

• have read and understood this Agreement;
• are at least 18 years of age;
• are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Website following any modification constitutes acceptance of that modification. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Website Use Restrictions

The User agrees not to:

• distribute, copy, reproduce, modify, or resell content from the Website;
• use content from the Website (logos, texts, images, videos, trademarks) without written permission;
• use information, products, or services for unlawful purposes;
• use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Products for Research Use Only

All products sold by My Peptides Lab are:

• not intended for human consumption;
• not intended for use in animals;
• not dietary supplements;
• not food, cosmetics, or medical treatments;
• not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The products are intended solely for laboratory, scientific, and analytical research by qualified professionals. Any misuse or repurposing of the products is strictly prohibited.

4. No Medical Advice or Warranties

The Website may reference scientific studies or research, for educational purposes only. We:

• do not provide medical advice;
• make no therapeutic claims;
• do not guarantee any results;
• do not represent that products are safe for use in humans or animals.

Products are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. This does not affect the mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer, including the right to a product that conforms to the contract (conformity).

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, research summaries, scientific references, and pricing information are complete, accurate, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

6. Orders, Billing, and Right to Refuse an Order

We reserve the right to:

• refuse an order;
• limit quantities;
• cancel or modify orders if misuse is suspected;
• refuse orders that violate the law or this Agreement.

The User agrees to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order.

7. Prices and Changes

Prices may change at any time. The price in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order. Products may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We are not liable for obvious pricing errors, discontinued products, or products that are out of stock.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times stated at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or packages that are lost or stolen after delivery by the carrier, or for shipments sent to an address incorrectly provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

9. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

As a consumer making an online purchase, you are in principle entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Due to the nature of our products, statutory exceptions apply:

• Products shipped under refrigeration cannot be returned or refunded after dispatch, even if the seal is intact, as the cold chain cannot be guaranteed during a return shipment (exception for products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly).
• Other products may only be returned unopened and with an undamaged seal within 14 days. Products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
• Defective or incorrectly delivered products: please report this within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs of the packaging and the product. We will then offer a replacement product or a refund.

10. User Responsibilities

By purchasing from My Peptides Lab, you confirm that you:

• understand the intended research purpose of the products;
• have the qualifications to handle research chemicals safely;
• store and dispose of the products properly;
• do not use the products in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.

You are solely and fully responsible for lawful use and safe handling.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the User indemnifies My Peptides Lab, its owners, employees, affiliated companies, and partners against claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from misuse of products, breach of this Agreement, unlawful, unsafe, or negligent handling of materials, or third-party claims related to the User's conduct. This provision does not affect the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including designs, logos, trademarks, texts, images, and packaging — is the property of My Peptides Lab. The User may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish this content without written permission.

13. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for downtime, technical failures, maintenance periods, or data loss. Use of the Website is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), excluding conflict of law rules. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, you also benefit from the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring disputes before the competent court of your place of residence. Nothing in this Agreement limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Consumers in the EU may also submit disputes via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between the User and My Peptides Lab.
