About Kisspeptin
Kisspeptin is a family of endogenous neuropeptides that function through the GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor as regulators of hypothalamic GnRH neurons. Activation stimulates the release of GnRH and, subsequently, LH and FSH, which are essential for reproductive processes. Research focuses on applications within IVF and on serving as a model for GnRH neuron function and fertility disorders. In addition, it is being studied in relation to mood regulation, sexual behavior, and neurodegenerative processes.

Important questions answered by professionals
*Answered by independent medical researchers and licensed physicians
What is Kisspeptin-10 as a research peptide?
Kisspeptin-10 is a decapeptide and the shortest bioactive fragment of the kisspeptin-54 protein, encoded by the KISS1 gene. The C-terminal amide group is a defining structural feature. Kisspeptin-10 is sold by MyPeptidesLab strictly for in-vitro research and is not approved by the EMA, FDA or any national medicines authority.
What is Kisspeptin-10 being studied for in research?
In preclinical and in-vitro studies, Kisspeptin-10 is used as a tool to study endocrine signaling pathways, as a natural agonist of the Kiss1R receptor. Research also focuses on cell-biological processes and neuroendocrine signaling. Research findings are preliminary and require further validation.
What is included in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for Kisspeptin-10?
The batch-specific CoA for Kisspeptin-10 shows an HPLC purity of 99% or higher, identity confirmation by mass spectrometry, the batch number and the net peptide content in milligrams per vial. The CoA is published on the product page, so you can review it before ordering.
How do you verify the purity of your peptides?
Every batch is HPLC-tested by an independent external laboratory for a purity of 99% or higher, with identity confirmation by mass spectrometry. The batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is published on every product page.
How quickly is my order delivered and which carriers do you use?
Orders placed before 15:00 CET are shipped the same business day from the Netherlands via PostNL, including on Saturdays. Delivery within the EU typically takes 2–5 business days, fully tracked. Every package is shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging with no visible references to peptides.
Does MyPeptidesLab offer bulk or wholesale orders for peptides?
Yes, we supply bulk and wholesale quantities to verified research facilities. For inquiries, you can send an email to support@mypeptideslab.com with your specifications.
