Due to the nature of research materials, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned.

Did a product arrive damaged, or does it not match your order? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue has been verified.
